These terms explain how Acquiesco may be used, how subscriptions are managed, and the limits of what the app is designed to do.
Service
Acquiesco is a sleep support app that analyzes microphone input on-device to identify disruptive snoring and provide gentle alerts. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent sleep apnea or any other medical condition.
Subscriptions
Acquiesco requires an active subscription for overnight monitoring and Apple Watch alerts. Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial before paid billing begins. Subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, and canceled through your Apple Account and the App Store. Pricing may vary by region, and any available promotional offer is shown before purchase.
Acceptable Use
Use Acquiesco only in a safe sleep environment and only where you have the right to use the device microphone. Do not use the app as an emergency monitor, medical monitor, or substitute for professional medical evaluation.
Privacy
Acquiesco is designed around on-device audio analysis and does not save snore recordings as product behavior. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
